Together, these individuals balance day-to-day performance objectives with innovation and growth opportunities; their shared goals are to transform the way we serve customers and to sustain our leadership position.

Local Insight Media is the fifth largest directory publisher and local search provider in the U.S., with annual pro forma revenue in excess of $700 million; it is a portfolio company of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.

Scott A. Pomeroy, President and CEO

Charged with overall responsibility for the company's strategy, growth and value creation, Scott A. Pomeroy brings a wealth of experience to his position. Most recently, he held key leadership positions with Dex Media, including executive vice president and CFO, senior vice president of finance and vice president/treasurer. During his tenure there, Pomeroy was instrumental in achieving a successful "carve-out" from Qwest and in raising more than $10 billion in debt financing and $1 billion in equity financing in a successful IPO.

Over the course of his 23-year career, Pomeroy has held leadership positions in diverse industries, including chief financial officer for Eotec Capital and president and chief operating officer of Lewis Food Groups. Pomeroy began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of New Mexico and earned Certification in Public Accountancy. A member of the Yellow Pages Association, Pomeroy is a frequent speaker and contributor at industry and financial conferences. He resides in the Denver area with his wife and three daughters.

Linda Martin, EVP & Chief Operating Officer

Linda Martin brings three decades of experience in the Yellow Pages industry to her position as chief operating officer of Local Insight Media. Martin is responsible for overall strategy and oversight of operations for LIM properties, including sales, marketing, print and online directory operations, and customer service.

Most recently executive vice president and COO of Dex Media, Inc., with responsibility for approximately $1.6 billion in revenue, Martin has held a series of key leadership positions at Dex and at GTE/Verizon, where she spent 25 years. Among many accomplishments, Martin was instrumental in the GTE-Verizon merger process and in integrating the former R.H. Donnelley organization into Verizon Information Services. Martin and her family reside in the Denver area.

Richard Jenkins, Interim Chief Financial Officer

As Interim Chief Financial Officer, Richard Jenkins oversees financial strategy, capital markets, financial operations, treasury, tax, budgeting/reporting and investor relations. He is a managing director for Alvarez & Marsal, specializing in financial management, strategic business plans, managing cash requirements and improving working capital. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Jenkins was a director with the Business Recovery Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers and a financial consultant with Peterson Consulting. With 17 years of experience, Jenkins' assignments have spanned numerous industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, high-tech and service businesses. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Colorado State University and holds a CPA certificate from the state of Colorado.

Kathy Geiger-Schwab, Chief Strategy and Client Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer, Kathy Geiger-Schwab oversees all strategic and digital initiatives and pilots Local Insight's transformation from a print publisher-centric business to a "trusted advisor" and multi-platform solutions provider for businesses.

Geiger-Schwab's 28-year career in the Yellow Pages industry includes marketing, training, telephone and premise sales operations, advertising, sales support and strategic planning. Prior to her current position, she served as executive vice president of The Berry Company, president of Berry Network, Inc., and vice president of The Berry Company's marketing, Internet business development and consulting group. Geiger-Schwab is the past Chairman of the Board for the Association of Directory Marketing, Inc. (ADM) and sits on the Board of Directors for Clothes That Work!, a local community support organization. She lives with her husband in the Dayton area.

Rick L. Shaum, SVP & Chief Talent Officer

Rick L. Shaum's 25-year career spans leadership and management roles in sales, operations, marketing, advertising, human resources development, finance and accounting, and change management. As Local Insight Media's Chief Talent Officer, Shaum creates strategies to attract, develop and retain the talent for the organization.

Prior to joining Local Insight Media, Shaum filled senior management roles at TravelCLICK (formerly Vantis), including senior vice president of sales and marketing and chief operating officer. In those capacities, he played an integral part in that company's acquisition of another firm and the subsequent sale of the integrated company and facilitated a reorganization of personnel resulting in increased efficiencies. He has provided consulting and interim management services to a variety of clients, including Qwest Communications, and held the position of managing partner for Cavalry Capital Management. Shaum earned an M.A. in speech communications from the University of New Mexico and a B.A. in religion and psychology from Vanguard University. He and his wife make their home in Monument, Colorado. They have four children.

John S. Fischer, General Counsel and Secretary

Over the last quarter century, John S. Fischer has consummated a broad range of acquisitions, joint ventures, and public and private debt and equity offerings in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Today, Fischer serves as Local Insight Media's general counsel, overseeing the company's legal department and operations.

Prior to joining Local Insight, Fischer's appointments included vice president, deputy general counsel at Dex Media, Inc., where he focused on securities, commercial and transactional matters, including Dex's $9.4 billion merger with R.H. Donnelley. His history also includes working in the law department at Qwest Communications International, serving as General Counsel of LCC International, Inc., and engaging in private law practice. Fischer is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University and holds J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles. He and his wife reside in Denver.
